Helping parents of teenagers improve their communication and relationships:
I work with parents who are balancing the challenges of raising their teenage children whilst managing multiple demands on their time and energy. I am passionate about restoring calm, using family therapy communication and relational strategies to ensure parents and carers remain a valuable source of support for their teens during this time of transition, particularly in peer relationships, academic, and emotional development.
I often work with families managing additional stresses such as physical health conditions and discrimination. We will develop personalised plans with actionable strategies that can be implemented immediately to start the process of change from the first session.
