About Imogen
I work with individuals, couples, and families across a wide range of issues, offering a warm and collaborative space where you can explore your experiences and what matters most to you. I am a qualified Family and Systemic Psychotherapist with experience in the NHS working across both adult and children’s services. My background also includes therapeutic work within addiction services and educational settings.
At the heart of my work is developing a trusting and accepting relationship, offering a space where people feel able to reflect, explore, and work towards meaningful change. I also draw on creative approaches when these feel helpful.
I hold an MA in Consultative Supervision, and my PhD research explored the supervisory needs of therapists—insights that continue to guide my practice. My supervisory work includes supporting individuals, groups, and organisations.
