Hello, my name is Lynsey Waterhouse. I started my company Changeworks, in 2007. I provide psychotherapy and counselling to children and adults. Family Therapists are very experienced professionals, who can help people talk together about feelings, behaviours and actions that are worrying or are causing people to be unhappy. Over the years, I have also worked with many organisations offering direct therapy services, workshops, reflective practice and systemic consultations.
