With over 20 years of experience as a Systemic and Family Therapist, I specialise in working with couples and families and offer individual therapy.
Life is full of changes, both planned and unexpected. Whether you're transitioning into a new life stage, facing a significant life event like migrating, or dealing with an unforeseen situation, these changes can often lead to anxiety, low mood, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties and family issues.
I'm here to help you navigate these challenges and discover new coping methods. While working together, we may look into repetitive patterns and narratives and consider communication in your relationships.
I will also help you consider how some of your early experiences might have contributed to your current situation, but we will mainly focus on the present.
We will identify your existing resources, explore the areas you want to work on in therapy, and develop new methods.
I value diversity, so I will help you find answers that align with your beliefs, values, and identity.
Throughout the years, I have developed a particular interest in working with intercultural couples and in migration experiences for individuals, couples, and families.
I currently offer only online and phone therapy and can provide sessions in English and Spanish.
