About Carina
I offer systemic family and couple psychotherapy, parental consultation, NVR (Non‑Violent Resistance) individual and group interventions, and educational psychology consultations and assessments. I draw on over 20 years of experience working with children, young people, and their families across my two professions as an educational psychologist and systemic family therapist. My practice is grounded in systemic theory and evidence‑based approaches, and I offer bilingual psychology and therapy services in English and Spanish. I am based in Ipswich, Suffolk, working across Suffolk and East London.
