About Rina

Rina is an accomplished professional specialising in family and systemic Psychotherapy, having worked with children and families within the NHS for over 15 years.

Rina has experience of supporting clients through with longstanding conditions, including those with cognitive impairments, and understands the value of multi-agency working.Rina has a thorough working knowledge of conducting assessments, intervention and treatments, for clients that often present with complex issues, whilst working closely with clients' families.

Rina is also a Cognitive Behaviour Therapy Practitioner, with training from University College London and has an extensive amount of experience working with children, adults and families with emotional difficulties. Rina is trained in Non-Violent Resistance (NVR) and Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE) approaches to support parents with anxious, risky and violent behaviors in children and young people.

Rina is also passionate about personal and spiritual healing, and is also trained in Reiki, and Energy Alignment Method (EAM).

Rina has a compassionate, authentic approach and has been able to help many clients unpick and overcome issues in their life, achieve stability and find hope, momentum and change.
