About Christopher
I built my experience through providing stability of care in children's homes and parenting support for families with under 5's in the heart of communities in family centres in London. Having qualified as a social worker in 1986 I continued to develop my skills working with families through specialist family intervention teams, continuing my training and qualifying as a Family and Systemic Psychotherapist in 1996. In 2001 I returned to the heart of community in Sure Start Children's Centres in Lewisham and Newham, London as part of the NHS. In 2017 I left the NHS and set up my own Supervision and Psychotherapy practice, undertaking further training as an Imago Couples Relationship therapist and specialising in working with couples. I carry life experience as a son, brother, husband, father and grandfather, all of which support and enhance my professional work.
