I am a Systemic and Family Psychotherapist and Social Worker, with over 17 years’ experience working with children, adults, couples, and families. I specialise in systemic practice which focuses on thinking about your relationships and interactions individually and alongside others. Using a collaborative and strengths-based approach, we can think together to reduce feelings that might feel too big to manage alone. The aim being to develop personal resources to help manage any worries.
