I offer systemic psychotherapy to individuals, children and young people, couples, families and groups. My work provides a safe, collaborative and non-judgemental space to explore relationships, communication, family patterns, life transitions, identity, culture, trauma, loss, parenting, separation and other emotional or relational difficulties.

Alongside therapy, I provide individual and group supervision, reflective consultation and organisational support. This includes supervision for trainee and qualified psychotherapists, practitioners, managers and teams who wish to develop systemic thinking, reflective practice and confidence in working with complexity.

I also offer bespoke training, consultation and therapeutic interventions for organisations, particularly those wanting to strengthen relational practice, improve team reflection, and embed systemic ideas into everyday work.

As a registered Family and Systemic Psychotherapist / Supervisor, my approach is relational, culturally responsive and trauma-informed, with attention to the wider contexts that shape people’s lives and relationships.
