About Tania

I am a Family and Systemic Psychotherapist with over 15 years of clinical experience in the NHS working with children, adolescents, families, couples and individuals with a variety of difficulties. I am also a certified systemic supervisor, offering supervision, training and consultation to professionals from a variety of backgrounds.

I have a background in Clinical Psychology and I have trained in different modalities of therapy. My therapeutic approach is informed by the relational models of systemic therapy as well from other modalities including Narrative, Attachment-Based Family Therapy, Emotion-Focused Psychotherapy, EMDR, and RO-DBT. I believe in the importance of creating a collaborative, safe and positive relationship with the people I work with.

I currently work for the NHS and hold a small private practice offering services online and in-person in Norwich. I am bilingual and can offer therapy in both English and Portuguese.
