About Rachel

I am a fully qualified Systemic Psychotherapist and Systemic Supervisor with extensive experience of working with children, young people and adults.

I offer support to individuals, couples, and families, providing sessions in person in Telford and Shrewsbury, as well as online throughout the UK. My practice is informed by significant experience supporting people facing a wide range of complex challenges, including relationship difficulties, mental health concerns, substance use, family transitions, trauma, bereavement, parenting/co-parenting and step-parenting challenges and situations where multiple professionals and agencies are involved in family life.

My aim is to create a safe, respectful, and collaborative space where people can explore difficult thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Through a systemic lens, I help individuals, couples, and families develop greater understanding of themselves, each other, and the wider contexts that shape their lives, enabling them to identify new possibilities and make meaningful changes.

My approach is thoughtful, compassionate, and collaborative, grounded in the belief that exploring relationships, patterns of interaction, and the broader systems in which people live can support lasting change and growth.

Alongside therapeutic work, I provide systemic supervision, consultation, and reflective practice for professionals, teams, and organisations. I also deliver bespoke training for health and social care services, universities, charities, and other organisations.
