About Hannah

I am a Systemic and Family Psychotherapist, registered with the UK Council for Psychotherapy and a member of the Association for family and systemic psychotherapy. I believe therapy can be both creative and enjoyable, as well as deeply transformative and empowering. Family therapy offers a flexible and collaborative space where we can come together to think about the difficulties you may be facing. I aim to build on your family’s existing strengths and resources, using a range of approaches that are thoughtful, reflective, kind, and at times playful. I am passionate about creating a safe environment where family members, couples, and others who care about each other can express and explore difficult thoughts and emotions. Therapy provides an opportunity to reflect on important relationships, gain new perspectives, and find constructive ways forward. I have experience working with people of all ages across a variety of settings, including the NHS, private practice, and the voluntary sector. I place relationships at the heart of mental health and wellbeing, and I regularly see the positive changes that can happen when people come together to better understand what is happening and how to move forward in a more connected and united way. I have supported individuals, families, and couples with a range of concerns, including: Self-harm Eating disorders Anxiety Depression School-related difficulties Loss and bereavement Neurodiversity My fees are £90 for a 60 minute session. I also offer a sliding scale and concessionary rates to support accessibility.
