About Charlotte Roxy
My hope is to create a therapeutic space for us to reflect upon what influences your experiences of the world and I hope to support you through any dilemmas you are experiencing. Time to time we all come across bumps in the road and it is helpful to talk these through. Our connections with others past and present can create both opportunities, but can also create barriers in how we see the world. I hold in mind intersectionality and how our similarities and differences influences our relationships.
I have over ten years’ experience supporting people with a wide range of dilemmas, including: relationship difficulties, neurodivergence, including ADHD and/or autism diagnoses and work dilemmas (in many contexts). I also support many people who sadly have faced LGBTQ+ discrimination, to think about the impact of marginalisation in multiple contexts.
I appreciate it can be tricky to find the right therapist and therefore, initially I would invite you for an initial consultation. This will be an opportunity to ask any questions and see if I am a good 'fit'.
