About Opelola
I am a systemic family and couple psychotherapist and social worker with over 10 years of diverse experience across health and social care settings working clinically with children, young people, adults, couples, families and organisations.
I currently work as a Senior Systemic Family Psychotherapist in a forensic secure school setting. I offer family therapy to clients and systemic consultations to colleagues across teams within the setting from a leadership/supervisory context.
I also have a private practice where I offer systemic and family therapy to individuals, couples and families. I offer trauma-informed systemic training and systemic consultations to organisations within the health and social care field.
I am motivated by the desire to help reduce mental and social distress in individuals, couples and families from diverse backgrounds. I am also passionate about the healthy functioning of the family system within society.
