About Annabelle
Taking the step to seek therapy is often not an easy one. You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or simply looking for a space where you can pause and make sense of what is happening in your life. Whatever brings you to therapy, I aim to offer a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported.
I am a qualified Systemic Psychotherapist working with individuals, couples, families, and parents, both online and in person. My approach is rooted in the belief that none of us exists in isolation. We are all shaped by our relationships, our family histories, our cultures, communities, and life experiences. Together, we can explore how these influences may be impacting the difficulties you are facing, while also recognising the strengths, values, and resources that can support meaningful change.
I am particularly interested in supporting people experiencing relationship difficulties, family conflict and disconnection, attachment and relational trauma, loss and bereavement, emotionally based school avoidance, parenting challenges, and difficulties connected to the perinatal period. I also work in a neuroaffirmative way and value creating a therapeutic space where difference is respected and understood.
My hope is that therapy can offer a place of reflection, curiosity, and connection; a space where difficult experiences can be held with compassion and where new possibilities can emerge. I value working collaboratively and at a pace that feels right for you, recognising that each person's story is unique.
Please feel free to reach out to ask any further questions. I also offer a complimentary 20 minute introductory call.
