About Carola
I am a qualified systemic family and couples therapist with over 15 years’ experience supporting people through challenging relationship dynamics, transitions, and emotional crossroads. I am also a social worker with experience of private law proceedings and have worked with intense parental conflict. I offer therapy in-person at the beautiful Nautilus Rooms in Totnes, or online from the comfort of your own space. Whether you are feeling stuck in patterns of conflict, uncertain about a relationship, or navigating change, this is a space where we can think and reflect together.
